What brought you to yoga?

Yoga became my sanctuary—a place to heal from the perfectionism of my gymnastics background. I came seeking the simple joy of movement and discovered something far deeper: a connection to my heart, my spirit, and a more compassionate way of being in my body.

What inspired you to teach?

The transformative power of slowing down. I was moved by how profoundly yoga can shift us when we honor the "pause." I wanted to create spaces where others could experience that same grounding, restful magic—especially in our fast-paced busy world.

What three things do you specialize in as a teacher?

  1. Yin & Restorative Yoga– for deep release and nervous system regulation
  2. Mobility and exploration through somatic dynamic movements.
  3. Mindful Stability– blending slow Pilates-inspired stabilizing with gentle, intuitive flow.

Describe the environment of your class:

Imagine a warm, tranquil space where soft lighting and calming music invite you to unwind. Props (bolsters, blankets, blocks) are plentiful, so you’re fully supported. My cues encourage you to listen to your body’s wisdom, whether you’re stabilizing your core, melting into restorative shapes, exploring subtle movement, or simply resting. There’s no "right" way—just a safe, slow-paced container for you to *be*, exactly as you are.

In my free time you’ll find me singing and dancing to house music, riding an e-bike and rollerblading on the Great Highway/Sunset Dunes and finding new recipes to cook from scratch.
