Thank you for submitting your Member Change Form. Upon successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email with access and invoicing schedules, typically sent within 2-4 business days of request. Please contact us if you have questions or do not receive the email. Requests take effect the day after submission, unless otherwise specified.

HOLD REQUESTS

All membership types are eligible for holds. Holds can only be scheduled for future dates and cannot be backdated. Please include your preferred start and end dates.

Standard holds are up to 3 months per year at $15 per month. These months do not need to be consecutive. Additional months within the 12-month term may be considered at $25 per month upon request. Holds are scheduled in monthly increments unless otherwise specified.  Any fraction of a month is invoiced as a full month's hold and cosidered as a month term. Hold fees are non-refundable.

Prorated dues and hold fees will be invoiced when a hold is scheduled.  If a hold is shortened, prorated dues will be adjusted based on the number of days access is granted during the monthly billing cycle.  

UPGRADE REQUESTS

Upgrades do not have additional fees. You will be invoiced for prorated dues up to the date of your request, based on the original membership rate.      

CANCELLATION REQUESTS

We are sorry to see you go. As an alternative, we offer hold options. Please let us know if you are interested in retaining your membership, and we will provide more details.

  • Annual Contract Memberships: A 12-month commitment is required. Buyout options are available if you move more than 25 miles away or have a medical condition preventing physical exercise. Documentation is required to qualify for a buyout; please submit it upon request. In your request please include your last day of preferred access.
  • Open Ended Monthly Memberships: A 30-day cancellation notice is required.  You will have access 30 days after your submitted request.  

Please keep in mind:

* Cancellations result in the forfeiture of your original household initiation fee and current monthly rate.

* All past due amounts, late fees, prorated dues, and final month's dues will be debited from your account.

* Membership dues are paid in arrears at the end of the monthly cycle, based on your join date.

* Your key fob must be returned by your final day of membership in order to avoid a $15 lost key fee.
