HOLD REQUESTS
Hold option is available for future dates. Holds granted to all membership types. Standard hold herms are up to 3 months per year at $15 per month. Longer hold terms are considered upon request at $25/month. Holds are scheduled in monthly increments unless otherwise specified. A fraction of a month is invoiced as a full month hold. All prorated dues for current monthly cycle + monthly hold fees will be invoiced at time of scheduling hold. Holds can be shortened upon request and any days of access in month cycle will be prorated upon activation.
UPGRADES
Membership upgrades are granted upon request. No incremental cost for an upgrade. Membership upgrades will have prorated fees calculated from start of monthly cycle to date of request. Annual contract starts on day of request.
CANCELLATIONS
We are sorry to see you end your fLf membership. As an alternative to canceling, we do offer hold options. If interested in retaining your membership for when you are ready to return please advise and we will gladly provide you with more details.
Please keep in mind:
- Cancellations will result in a forfeiture of the original household initiation fee and your current monthly rate.
All past due amounts, late fees, pro-rated dues and final month’s dues will be debited from your account within a week of submitting a request.
Membership dues are paid in arrears, at the end of the monthly cycle. Cycle date is based on member’s join date.
Your key fob (if issued) is required to be returned in order to avoid the $15 lost key fee.
We have appreciated your support to date! Upon submission of your Member Change Form, you will receive a formal confirmation email for the request including applicable access and invoicing schedules.
