Training Philosophy
My training philosophy originated from my passion for fitness, starting in high school as a dedicated rock climber, which later grew into calisthenics and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. My enthusiasm for training deepened as I discovered the incredible potential of the human body, mastering advanced skills such as one-arm pull-ups, handstand push-ups, splits, and various other bodyweight techniques. However, the journey was not without its challenges. I have dealt with several significant injuries, including ACL and meniscus tears, low back injuries, a pulled hamstring, and recurrent ankle sprains. These setbacks initially limited my training, but they also fueled my determination.
By integrating physical therapy techniques with athletic training, I successfully rehabilitated my knees and lower back, ultimately strengthening them beyond their original state without the need for surgery. This experience shaped my training philosophy and how I aim to help others.
I am committed to sharing my expertise and blending my experience as an athlete with proven methods for the general population to help achieve desired goals. By focusing on injury prevention, athletic performance, essential strength exercises, mobility, and flexibility, my training will guide you towards developing a well-rounded body that is both strong and resilient. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, boosting mobility and athletic performance, or simply building strength, I’m here to support your fitness journey and help fuel your progress.
