What brought you to yoga?
Seeking happiness and an outlet for stress brought me to yoga. My practice has taught me to be patient and more comfortable in my own skin by finding joy and contentment in everyday things.
What inspired you to teach?
I initially took my yoga teacher training to deepen my own practice, but I found joy in holding space and guiding others in an act of service for my community.
What three things do you specialize in as a teacher?
- Accessibility - Each of our bodies are uniquely different. It’s important to me that every participant feels comfortable in my class. I offer modifications for every pose so you can practice at your own pace. I will always meet you where you are.
- Alignment - Expect an alignment focused and high energy class where you can safely get into the flow zone and leave class feeling centered.
- Pranayama - My classes are breathing focused where I cue breath to movement with some breathing exercises sprinkled in.
Describe the environment of your class:
Expect a thoughtful class focusing on sequence, theme, music, and togetherness.
