Mary Beth Rockwell
Training Philosophy:
Always remember your "why". Why do you have your particular fitness goal? In my case, I want to live a long, active life rather than give in tomy sketchy family health history. Maybe you want to be able to play with your kids without getting winded, or get through a day without back pain. On the days you're having trouble getting into your workout (I have them too!), reminding yourself *why* you're doing it is one of the most powerful motivators there is.

QUOTE:
"I can't speak highly enough about Mary Beth's uncanny ability to motivate people to achieve their fitness goals... and surpass them. In our time together, I went from having very little coordination... to doing "atomic crunches" on TRX. Mary Beth was a true partner and coach. She listened to what I wanted and where I was, and then she guided me further than what I thought I could achieve... by mixing up our exercise routines (circuit training to free weights to TRX and beyond) and, truth be told, by firmly and amiably motivating me. -- S.H.
