Training Philosophy

My goal is to help you live a healthy, fulfilling, and happy life—no matter where you are in your journey. It’s about feeling good, confident, and strong so you can show up as your authentic self every day. My philosophy is to lead with compassion and empathy, and build a community that feels safe and inclusive for all—if you love yourself, you can love everyone else better.

Are you at a point where you know something has to change in your life but you’re not sure what? Do you want to feel better and build new habits and routines? That’s how I felt when I started my fitness journey. I always had a love for the outdoors—walking as much as I can, swimming in the ocean, spending time in nature, but I never saw myself as someone who would go to the gym or work out in the traditional sense. I was intimidated by weights and machines and I had no idea where to start. I started working out regularly in 2018, after injuring my neck. Going through the recovery process, I began to see how important it was to strengthen and stretch my muscles to prevent injuries and heal from them faster. Since then, I’ve taken up strength training, cardio, and yoga. I am also a health coach, so I can help you reach your goals outside of physical fitness, like eating and sleeping better, reduce stress, build new habits, quit smoking, and more.

To me, fitness is more than pumping iron or taking before-and-after pics in the mirror—it’s a lifelong journey that ebbs and flows. It’s discipline, hard work, fun, and something to be proud of. And I’ll be your biggest cheerleader along the way!
